Fadi Abu Shakra brings a fresh yet highly analytical approach to Dubai's commercial real estate sector, leveraging his strong finance background. While new to real estate brokerage, Fadi focuses on high-value assets, including Grade A office spaces, plots, and entire buildings in prime areas like DIFC. His deep expertise in financial analysis and advisory sets him apart, honed through managing high-stakes transactions and projects involving major UAE banks and members of the Abu Dhabi royal family.

Key career achievements include leading a record-breaking AED 2.1 billion restructuring deal and managing the strategy for an AED 3 billion residential project on Saadiyat Island. Fluent in Arabic and English, Fadi works with UAE developers, HNWIs, family offices, and funds, building long-term, trust-based client relationships.

With a Bachelor’s in Commerce (Finance) from John Molson School of Business, Fadi is driven by his passion for real estate investments. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, adventure sports, and exploring diverse cultures and history.
